SMS Messaging Policy

This page describes how Shave Mobile by Shave and Co. uses SMS/text messaging, how you can opt in or out, and what to expect when you consent to receive texts from us.

How to opt in

You may opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Shave Mobile by checking the "SMS/Text Message Consent" checkbox on our online booking form at shavemobile.com/book. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to consent.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Shave Mobile by Shave and Co. at the mobile phone number you provide.

Program description — what messages we send

When you opt in, you may receive the following types of messages:

  • Appointment confirmation texts after your booking is confirmed by our staff
  • Appointment reminder texts 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Appointment reminder texts 2 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Service updates or changes related to your confirmed booking
  • Customer support responses to inquiries you initiate

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive up to 3 messages per confirmed appointment (confirmation, 24-hour reminder, and 2-hour reminder), plus any messages related to changes or support requests you initiate.

How to opt out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Consent is not required for purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not required to book or purchase our services. You may book an appointment and receive all services without opting in to SMS communications.

SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
